Our Doctors

Dr. Jill Rowland brings more than 22 years of general dentistry experience to Wellington, caring for patients of all ages with a full-spectrum approach that ranges from routine exams and restorations to implants, endodontics, and sedation dentistry. She is known for a calm, thorough chairside manner and for taking the time to explain every step of a procedure so her patients feel informed and at ease.

Dr. Rowland's philosophy is simple: treat every patient like family, explain the "why" behind every recommendation, and deliver care that is both technically excellent and genuinely kind. She is especially experienced with patients who feel anxious about dental work, and she offers sedation options to make longer or more involved procedures comfortable.

Dr. Rowland earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the State University of New York at Buffalo, following a Master's degree in Nutrition and Immunology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution. She completed a General Practice Residency at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, where she trained in the care of medically complex patients. She is certified in IV moderate (parenteral) conscious sedation and holds active BLS and ACLS certifications.

Dr. Anna Ostrovsky is originally from Tashkent, Russia, where she received her original Doctor of Dental Medicine and practiced dentistry. In 1989, Dr. Ostrovsky left Russia with her husband and young daughter for the United States.

She worked as a dental assistant in south Florida until she was admitted to the University of Florida, College of Dental Medicine in 1993. Dr. Ostrovsky graduated with her D.M.D. in 1998 and opened her Wellington, FL practice in June of 2001.

Since 2001, Dr. Ostrovsky has helped countless patients with their dental needs. She strongly believes in continuing her education and maintaining a state of the art practice.
