Our Doctors

Dr. Jill Rowland is a general and cosmetic dentist with more than 22 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2003 and completed a General Practice Residency at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Over her career, Dr. Jill has built a broad clinical skillset and is comfortable handling most treatment in-house — from routine cleanings and fillings to crown and bridge, veneers, Invisalign, molar root canals, surgical extractions, and implant placement and restoration. She is certified in IV moderate sedation and works fluently with modern digital tools including CEREC, iTero, Planmeca, and 3Shape.

Dr. Jill is known for her bedside manner. She treats every patient like family, takes time to explain findings and treatment options in plain language, and is especially gentle with patients who have had difficult dental experiences in the past.

Dr. Anna Ostrovsky is originally from Tashkent, Russia, where she received her original Doctor of Dental Medicine and practiced dentistry. In 1989, Dr. Ostrovsky left Russia with her husband and young daughter for the United States.

She worked as a dental assistant in south Florida until she was admitted to the University of Florida, College of Dental Medicine in 1993. Dr. Ostrovsky graduated with her D.M.D. in 1998 and opened her Wellington, FL practice in June of 2001.

Since 2001, Dr. Ostrovsky has helped countless patients with their dental needs. She strongly believes in continuing her education and maintaining a state of the art practice.
