What to Expect
Before any extraction, Dr. Rowland will review imaging and discuss your options, including replacement planning if the tooth is in a visible or functional position. For surgical extractions, the procedure is performed under local anesthesia, and most patients recover comfortably within a few days with simple aftercare.

Impacted wisdom teeth are typically referred to a trusted local oral and maxillofacial surgeon, because that's the right level of care for those cases. We'll coordinate the referral, and any follow-up care in our office if needed.
