All-on-X is a state-of-the-art technique for full-arch tooth replacement offered by Drs. Jill Rowland and Anna Ostrovsky. The process works by implanting the screws (dental implants) into four areas on each arch. Compared with other tooth replacement procedures, All-on-X uses as few as four implants while still offering a secure hold. If you want to restore your smile without needing a full set of implants, you might be a great candidate for the All-on-X treatment.

Who Is a Candidate for All-on-X?
An ideal candidate for All-on-X dental implants is someone who is missing most or all of their teeth and seeks a stable, long-term solution. Typically, they have sufficient bone density to support the implant posts, or they may be able to undergo bone grafting if necessary.
How Does All-on-X Work?
You may be an ideal candidate for All-on-X implants if you need dentures but lack sufficient bone to support more than four implants. The first step in the All-on-X process is to take impressions and x-rays of your teeth. Dr. Jill or Dr. Anna will create your personal treatment plan and discuss your choices for sedation during your procedures. In your first procedure, the implants will be set in your mouth. We will place a temporary restoration to protect the implants while your mouth heals and your custom dentures are being created. After your mouth heals over 4 – 6 months, you will come back to receive your custom dentures.
